Did you know 4.0 - This is another official update to the original “Shift Happens” video. This completely new Fall 2009 version includes facts and stats focusing on the changing media landscape, including convergence and technology, and was developed in partnership with The Economist.
Not a fan of the word “consumer” (who isn’t one?) but otherwise some really good stuff in here from Tim Stock.

Sapient: “Nearly Half of Respondents Are Moving to Agencies with Greater Knowledge of the Digital Space”
Survey respondents were asked about the top qualities they sought in their advertising and marketing agencies in the coming year (research published September 2008 so I’m a little bit late). Top 10 wish list follows (their use of language, not mine) and the source is Business Wire for more detail.
Interestingly, technical production capability not in the top 10.
