Android wearing Google Goggles.
Google Goggles is a visual search app for Android phones. Instead of using words, take a picture of an object with your camera phone: Google attempts to recognise the object, and return relevant search results. Goggles also provides information about businesses near you by displaying their names directly in the camera preview.

Nokia Mixed Reality - they say: “This concept allows to you to experience immersion and effortless navigation in new ways. New types of interactions involving near-to-eye displays, gaze direction tracking, 3D audio, 3D video, gesture and touch.”
All in all, not very imaginative at all, if you ask me.
Touchable Holography - demonstrated by the Shinoda Lab at this year’s Siggraph in New Orleans (please someone buy me a ticket). Uses wiimotes to track hand position and ultrasound to project tactile sensation.
